Delivery/Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:  Orchard House, Appleby Hill, Austrey, CV9 3ER

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:30am-3pm Monday - Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Unfortunately we do not offer local delivery on orders.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. We offer free shipping on all our items.

There is an option to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail tracked 24 hour delivery which is £5.99 and is 1-2 working days for delivery.

Tracked 48 hour service - 2-4 workings days.

Tracked 24 hour service - 1-2 working days.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns on NON PERSONALISED ITEMS up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/returns on PERSONALISED ITEMS due to the nature of the gift being personalised.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kittybgifts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
